Our local telecommunication agency has installed an antenna on our premises to allow easy internet connection for our guests. The wifi is not FREE it cost 8 cents per MB, in other words a 5 dollar load will last you a week or two if you only check emails. If you download and upload images, videos, heavy files than you'll need abit more load for you account. Ask the front desk to register you and help you load up your account.

The Yap Living History Museum is planned to have local demonstrations (weaving, cooking local food, tool making, etc.). Also there are plans to have local dancing, explanation of Yapese construction, traditional canoe sailing and story telling. Expected to be competed by September of this year. Yap is serviced by United airlines twice from Guam and once from Palau per week. United flies into Yap from Guam on Tuesday and Saturday nights and flies into Yap from Palau on Sunday mornings. 

If you are coming from North America, your connections would be via Honolulu or Tokyo Japan to Guam then on to Yap.

If you are coming in from Asia, Japan to Guam or South Korea to Guam or Palau then on to Yap. If you come via Japan to Guam, the best connection would be on a Tuesday night flight to Yap. 

Coming in from Europe, connecting in Philippines to Palau then on to Yap or Taiwan to Palau to Yap, or Japan to Guam to Yap, or Korea to Guam to Yap.
